Primary Election Day Weather Forecast not looking good.

Rain usually means a lower turnout. Do you agree? And who benefits and hurts from this scenario?

These mid-term primaries have low turnout to start with except for areas with high profile ($$$) school levies. I wouldn't even hazard a guess which candidates would benefit from even lower turnout caused by rain. I will guess that the rain will play havoc with our little league schedule.

I've seen speculation only the faithful come out on bad weather days, which would mean, for instance, a hard-core base boost for Blackwell.
