seems to me it was a republican secretary of state who told them not to start scanning. if they hadnt followed the advice of ppl like joe deters im sure it would have taken much longer
No Todd, just counting votes from all of the dead people and cartoon characters who vote (for Democrats, of course!!!)
Again, show me the evidence. Post a URL showing non-partisian proof for the past four years showing that a substantial number of 'dead' people have voted, and that these votes were counted towards Democratic candidates.
